We immediately sat what was great!! Unfortunately after waiting 20 minutes we asked Hostess whether we are served because how long we had waited you checked and... What was that not what she was supposed to do when we got in? We wanted to order drinks and appetizers, but decided to order our meal because the time was gone. Our meals came in quite reasonable time, but unfortunately they forgot to put the chicken on my Thai salad, I had to ask the hostess because we couldn't see anyone else She took my salad and a sudden manager shows up with my chicken on a side plate What a comedy show that was at 5:00 I can't imagine how service is when they are busy We have eaten at this place often and really enjoyed what's going on?

I showed up to pick the order and they gave us extra fries,...coupons, and cheesecake. Seriously great customer service and that is above and beyond because we are in a pandemic y'all. It is hard for customer service workers and there is NO need for customers to be complaining about dumb issues when they are risking their health to serve YOU pizza. Be kind and tip well, they deserve it :

I prefer smaller places where this is the main event of a meal.<br/ <br/ food my page ordered: 1 ham and ananas pizza with extra cheese there was too much crust. fortunately, we ordered the garlic very well, and ranch good diving sauce. they give them a large amount of him so not order two. 2 bbq chicken pizze on thin crust pizza I prefer this pizza to the other. big taste and lots of chicken and sauce. 3 We always like the taste of it. only a touch of flavor and good taste. the other side ordered the pure cheese pizza again too much crust. taste is ok, but they really need to get soaked and closer to the side of the pizza. for desserts the panookie my family loves this. a hot chocolate chip cookie large size for sharing with ice. this boston pizza has made it as we like it. <br/ <br/ service I read previous reviews and all said service was great. I didn't think that was the case yesterday. our waitress took the order, then brought drinks and eat. Once we had the ones we were forgotten for the rest of the meal. no offer for refilling glasses 9 that were needed a lot. when we finished the meal, she did not ask us if we wanted to dessert. se had the bill ready. we had to ask for the panookie, what is our reason to get this place. we had dirty dishes before us. my brother in law and I had to ask for more pop and water to go with the cookie. no good service. this would be kind of apologise if the place would crawl with customers, but that was not even close to being true. the place was practically empty. that one thing to note was that she smiled extra sweet to my brother in law and I, when she handed us our bills, I think that how she gets her tips and not by the quality of the service she offers. <br/ <br/ impression if my girls want a panookie, I will travel to the hamilton upper james location as back to this.

Since my kids wanted Panookie, unfortunately it was not on the Menu, we ended up ordering other desserts. He actually created his own version of Panookie and made my kids so happy. Compliments to the new owners and staff.

Not up to par with peer locations. Beet salad was poor with the beets being entirely raw. My Med Chicken was poor with the chicken being over cooked and dried o...
