They didn’t show any respect to the reservation time as I was not seated as per the reservation time. I would expect some delay 5 to 10 minutes but not more than 20 minutes plus they have no waiting area. In addition, they didn’t even provide a chair or water while waiting in the corridor until my table gets ready. They told me you can go to the lounge to have your dinner or wait until your table becomes available! On the other hand, special thanks and appreciation go to Mr. Mattia who deserves 5 stars for his remarkable attitude, kindness, attention and his high level of professionalism. In addition, the food was good but yet not the best that I have tried across the globe. My overall experience is mixed but for sure I will not come back again due to the above mentioned reasons.
