I had the Vegan Chicken Cashew Nut stir fry with rice and it was delicious! The 'chicken ' also tasted a lot better than any other mock meat I 've ever had. My partner tried it and thought they might have messed up my order with real chicken ... The dessert was also amazing Black sticky rice with coconut and mango but I didn 't ask if this was vegan I just assumed but could be wrong. The cocktails were also really nice I had a lychee margarita!

Received voucher for 10 course meal including glass of wine. Tried to book any Saturday night but told booked out till end of April...we booked for an 8pm sitti... Tried to book any Saturday night but told booked out till end of April...we booked for an 8pm sitting on Wednesday 4th March using voucher...on arrival we had to ascend stairs leading to the first...level premises. The carpet on the stairs was heavily stained, very grubby and worn and in urgent need of replacement. This decay was carried on through the whole premises. This was not a good first impression. We entered the restaurant 10 minutes early and instead of being ushered to the bar for a drink we were ushered by a very rude manager to a distant and dirty corner to await arrival of other parties. Wife and I were eventually seated next to a paying party of eight. First 3 courses were miso soup, small bowl of salad and 2 small spring rolls. We noticed the paying party were given 4 spring rolls. This half measure was repeated right through the 10 courses. I didn't complain as the manager was rude and arrogant. This is a much more appropriate way to make a statement. I can't fault the chef. This was my first experience at teppanyaki and I thoroughly enjoyed the chef working his skill and entertaining the patrons. However, the fried rice, course 10, was the worst I have ever tasted and was almost inedible. Wife and I left as soon as we could and I will not recommend the place or return.

I asked for a table for one and was shown on the back of the caffe. I asked what kind of cake she and the waitress insisted that I choose one from the display case. I and I ordered a carrot cake and a big cappuccino. the carrot cake torte had layers of cream cheese and sulfanas and wrinkles in the cake. Unfortunately, the cake was stone and hard. the cream cheese was nice and it made the cake to consume tolerable. I thought that could be why there was no sign for this cake. Anyway, it is a common problem in City Cafés, so it serves as a warning about how fresh they are to ask. the coffee was beautiful and well done. I saw baguettes delivered to tables and consumed, it seems that customers enjoyed them. the waitress was warm, friendly and helpful, so what else could you ask.
