"Grazia is the hardest working baker and chef in the Collingwood area. Store front in the small town of Stayner (worth the drive from surrounding towns). Call ahead to ensure she is open on Saturdays as she now attends the Wasaga Beach farmers market and other community events, and is a one woman operation. Closed Sunday. Breads are to die for, and her prepared meals are outstanding. She delivers for the amazingly low price of $5 to Creemore, Collingwood, Stayner, Wasaga Beach. We have had the meatballs, shepherds pie, pulled beef, crespelle - all amazing. For weekenders in the Collingwood area - have dinner delivered on Friday afternoon, and spare yourself the cooking after the nasty commute from the city. Have her on speed dial now...."

"Wow, who would have believed the best Italian Restaurant in Ontario would be in little old Stayner! My wife and I were in the area touring around and decided to try something away from the touristy area of Collingwood and we were definitely rewarded. The...price was great, service excellent and friendly; we were even serenaded well done! as we ate. The mussel appetizer was great, the broth had rich taste and actually had some substance to it, not just a watery broth. Both our entrees arrived HOT, for what I got huge amount of calamari, mussels, shrimp with my seafood linguine it was underpriced, I would have happily paid much more. Thank you so much .... the bad news for us is now is when we want Italian we have to leave the GTA to get it! p.s. they make their own limoncello from scratch, you have to have a shot after dinner!!!!"

"I stopped in for something to eat and had a sandwich and a coffee it was an excellent roadside eating experience. It was so good I stopped in on the way back home and had a breakfast bagel that was excellent just like the coffee again and the place has a wonderful atmosphere."
