"Nice ambience, enjoyed the outdoor green space and the beers! We’re on a dog-friendly journey for the weekend and were happy to see clear rules for the dog friendly patio area posted at the entrance. A lady came out to chat with us as we were about to leave and offered us dog treats. She was so sweet! The taproom servers were awesome! My only criticism is the outdoor speakers are blown and could use some work ? otherwise, amazing! Keep up the good work!"

"I used to go to The Stop when I was in Black Diamond - that was the cafe in the Westwood space previously - so I was surprised at the changes. But when I looked at the menu, I had to give it a try. I ordered the small size soup of the day, French Onion, and the Shrimp Tacos. Very good. I liked the presentation of the soup in a little tin cup - perfect miniature. And lots of yummy big shrimp. Latte after was yummy too, but I expect that from that location. I'll go back for sure - its an interesting menu i want to work through."

"I love the story about this place - farm to table - the owner's cattle provide the beef for this wonderful small town café! It was busy (as usual apparently) so we just placed an order for take out instead of waiting for a table. We had the house burgers and fries and they were super juicy and tasty! While we waited we admired all of the breakfast dishes being served (all day breakfast I believe.) Now we need to go back and try out breakfast one day! Worth the trip from Calgary!"

"we had the commands of salt and pfefferstreu and stir fried vegetables. the squid was tasteful, although the brote was what comes on fish and chips. the touching, fried vegies were nothing to write home, but were in order"

"Met the owner who was holding down the fort after we ordered and ate. Went to compliment the great food and surprise the owner was one prepping the food. Recently bought (change of owners) it was clear the pride in his new business was reflected in the meal. Enjoyed the banter and was appreciative of his hours of operation. Will definitely make a future stop and eat when passing through this spring . .."

"As a mexican I was craving for a Chipotle Chicken Burrito, but it wasn't as good as the place is. The tortilla wrap was full of rice and a hint chicken. Chipotle sauce is not spicy and it doesn't even taste like chipotle. The place...is well located and the staff seems friendly, though."
