"As intended, I returned bottle in hand to decant prior to the meal. Staff were most kind, given that service had not yet started. However, with a 2004 Puillac Lynch-Bages there really was not any choice in the matter. Decanty or miss the full experience....Best bread of any restaurant in the last 12 months without question. A slow risen focaccia by Chef Melissa, but more in the form of a ciabatta. Excellent chew of an artisan bread.The French Onion soup was a work of art. The Bottle dictated rack of lamb which was fabulous with a dijon mustard crust and amazing roast vegetables. The roast tomato was the best of the vegetables. Creme Brulee is always a conundrum but with a strawberry and a chocolate lattice I gave in and was happy I did. I you want to linger a bit with the Bottle and marvel as the sunlight dances on Whistler and Blackcomb peaks, book the early seating. I am looking forward to enjoying the Venue patio come summer."

"Like the bakeries in Switzerland! Oh my gosh the integrity here is outstanding. The selection vast. The textures and flavors divine and everything is organic vegan. THANK YOU! Only open Thurs-Sat early hours now so check the website before heading over. You do not have to pre-order here you can just show up. But if you do pre-order then they’ll have it for you special. I got the gluten-free mountain bread, a savory butternut squash bread (like a fluffy pizza), a carrot cake, homemade hummus and don’t miss the LAVENDER LATTE! 100% yes. "La propriétaire est coeliaque, l'équipe est donc bien informée par rapport à la contamination croisée. On peut avoir la plupart des pizza avec une croûte sans gluten, mais peu peuvent convenir aux coeliaques. Ils ont lavé le four complètement avant de faire cuire ma pizza aux 4 fromages, qui manquait un peu de sauce, mais qui était très bonne."

"I asked the waiter for a menu. I told him my husband met me for drinks, but he wouldn't eat for celiacs. He told me about this great beer brewed on site. Then he told me the Pries were in a dedicated frit and they were great!!! They also had fish and chips, but we were full of beer and fries. So a great surprise..."
