The Palm Deli - Aptos

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill under new ownership in 2022. They have messed up my sandwich order 3 times the same way each time, even when I told the 2nd two times specifically what happened before! On the plus side, someone told methey have a good new burrito menu that might be worth trying.

Nice comfortable clean place. Sandwich was a nice little treat. And the brownies are addicting!

Amazing breakfast burrito, great cup of coffee, and friendly service. They have a lot to offer inside and seriously one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. Stumbled upon this place on our honeymoon and went out of our way to come back the nextday just because we liked it to much.

UPDATE: I have now also tried the meatloaf sandwich and the pesto chicken heaven. Both are great sandwiches. The ingredients are top notch. I found out that their bread is baked fresh every morning and delivered at 6:30 am. This has become my go-to placefor sandwiches. The Primetime at The Palm sandwich is a must have! The bread, cheddar, and grilled sweet onions are cooked justright and the smokey bbq sauce compliments the other ingredients. I get the horseradish sauce on the side because I like to loadit up on each bite. They have so many other options that I'm looking forward to trying. This place is really cool, andconveniently located. I've been impressed with their service as well, really friendly and helpful people.

Called in a phone order for one sandwich and one salad, was told 10-15 minutes. Came a half hour later and STILL had to wait another half hour. Total of one hour. There were 5-6 people working, nobody else in line, and only 3 sandwich orders were filledin that time. Everyone was on their phone and not working. Then the sandwich was a total disaster. Prices were 30% higher thanthe website. Dumpster fire of a place to get food. Live down the street, and will never come back.
