"After a good day hiking in the hills, having a blowout traditional Aragonese meal is just the ticket and friendly and informal Borda Chiquin does this really well. No need to hurry, the local families also take their time over the courses. Was particularly fond of migas (roast bread crumbs and vegetables etc), sound like not much but actually a very tasty starter."

"If you are in the Arette/Pierre Saint Martin area, and you're looking for a cozy place, with great food, this is the spot. The location is a bit surprising, placed in the middle of a very unassuming ski resort. But don't let the exterior fool you. The restaurant itself is warm and quaint, and the owners couldn't be nicer. Most importantly though, the food is fantastic! The first time we went we each tried one of their tartiflette variations. Both were excellent. I've since tried a number of the different Southern France standards they offer, and I haven't been disappointed once. Make sure to give them a call before you trek up the mountain, because it's a tiny place, which seems to be well known by the locals. Enjoy."
