Contribuer aux commentairesI honestly wanted to LOVE this place. I love the LA location and the Vegas one as well. I was so excited to book this for our dinner on our vacation. We reserved a table in the dining room but it was SO empty which is concerning since it was almost impossible to make a reservation because how ?full? they were every time Our concierge tried to call and book for us we ended up choosing to sit at the bar since it was more lively. The bartender was very friendly but the drinkswere just OK. I don?t mind paying $30 for a margarita and expect to pay that in Aspen, but it was not even worth $5 in my opinion. For dinner, The menu was very limited but We tried a sushi roll with king crab it tasted like imitationcrab chopped up with a bunch of Mayonnaise and baked clams but stopped ordering after that as we were planning on ordering steak. We left and went to steakhouse 316 which was AMAZING. Everything we had was sub par at Catch and we feel itwas not worth the money. When in Aspen I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Very Very disappointing.
Amazing steakhouse. Tuna tartare as a starter was great. The bone in filet is out of this world. Other people on the table had the Truffle butter filet and it was also amazing! Desserts were great, cocktails were awesone, if you like Bourbon get the Smoke up drink
Very enjoyable meal with good food and super attentive service. Had the burrata appetizer which was a special that day and it was delicious. Followed up with some of the best croquettes I?ve ever had . Then one flight of three wagyu which my wife enjoyed a lot but did not do it for me. Then had an outstanding dry aged cowgirl which was excellent. Then baked Alaska which was fun and enjoyable. The overwhelming wine list with nobody to guide you is de rigueur inAspen. I had a Ferrand Lartigue St Emillion which was fine, but not really worth the price. All in all, it was a really enjoyable meal.
Wonderful service with amazing food and fantastic views! I wish I had the appetite to try one of everything. The wedge salad was really flavorful and had nice big bits of bacon with a yummy creamy sesame dressing. The sizzling shrimps were absolutely awesome with the spicy lobster sauce (not to much heat) and they were really juicy and tender. I chose the 12oz bone-in cowgirl ribeye and my wife enjoy the 8oz truffle butter filet. Both plates were cooked to perfection! Juicy, tender, and absolutely full of flavor. It makes my mouth water thinking about it. Then, we shared the incredibly delicious snicker baked Alaska; that was an amazing way to wrap up the evening. (Not pictured) If you have the opportunity andthe weather is nice, choose a table outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air while you dine! Our server Mitch was very attentive and made our evening very enjoyable. We will be back again soon.
Best steakhouse in Aspen! Super welcoming vibe. Top notch aged beef. Cooked to perfection
