Everything in all was good. the special appetizer was a krudo that was exaggerated by a chili mixture among the slices of fish. both salate, caesar was light and had a beautiful citrus undertone and the burrata was very beautiful and could almost pass as wee and cheese dessert (figs and berries) added a hauch of sweet. the fish escape was beautiful and the pastor season was an interesting turn. the scallops were good, but the chili oil was too much (quantity) and overwhelmed other aromen (purée.) the cream brí»lée was amazing, highly recommended!
The restaurant is sweet and our server was great! they have a very small menu and unfortunately we were really disappointed in the appetizers, but our main course was great!
Service was excellent and environment was beautiful. good wine card and cocktail menu. appetizers were excellent, but main course had a curious mix of aromen that did not work for my palate. I have the redfish. char on the outside was good, but the fish was overcooked. there was a beautiful tomatenpico on the sweet side. there was a saffron-based sauce in which the fish was placed and it did not supplement the plate and actually worked against the other aromes. there was a confusing choice given the other aromen. that means I would return to this restaurant, but would not order the reddish.
We had oysters (1 was bad), shrimp cocktail, lamb shank, crab Mac and cheese, scallops and 2 glasses of wine; including tip it was $400. Ambiance was casual resort. Service was great. Food good. Just very overpriced.
