Mama's Pizza - Basildon

This is our second time ordering a large selection of food for a party from MaMa's. We placed our order over the phone and were told it would take about an hour, but the food arrived after just 30 minutes - incredible service. The food was not only delicious, but also very hot. There were no mistakes in our order and everyone at the party complimented how tasty it was. We want to thank MaMa's for providing us with a fantastic meal and top-notch delivery service. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

This restaurant does not deserve even one star. The food was disgusting, greasy, and flavorless. We ordered a quarter pounder meal with cheese, but it came without cheese or sauce on a dry bun. The half pounder chicken burger meal was missing lettuce and mayonnaise. The chips were hard and dry, and the chicken wings were unpleasant. The sauce was somehow inside the chicken. It took over an hour for the food to arrive, and when I tried calling the restaurant, no one answered the phone. The food was dripping in grease and my kids refused to eat it. Avoid ordering from this place at all costs!

This is the second time we have ordered from here and the second time we have been discusted !!!! Food awful, salad watered and non esistant! The chicken burger was just two bits of chicken shish shoved in between two bits of bun, half a bottle of mayo and a gpfew strips of lettuce! The kebabs were greasy and actually made my mum throw up! If it wasn't such a hassle to talk to someone that can understand me I would have complained! Needless to say I will NOT be ordering from here again!!!

We have been frequenting this fast food establishment for a while now and have encountered no issues. Most recently, we placed a large order for our daughter's birthday party and were impressed by the delicious food and quick delivery time. We ordered a variety of items including pizzas, chicken wings, chicken strips, chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, and fries. We want to express our gratitude for the great service and quality of the food. Keep up the good work!

Yuk, greasy, cold tasteless... and that is just the staff... the food is even worse. I would suggest another visit from the Food Standards Agency wouldn't go amiss.. It would seem as though FSA have some experience of this food outlet in January 2014 a company trading as Paradise it was rated as 2 star, with an improvement necessary notice. Personally my advice is steer clear.
