The Asian woman who works here is incredibly sweet and, without a doubt, the best employee. She always has a smile on her face and spreads great energy. I absolutely love this place!
The service has worsened and the prices have gone up since the new owners took over. The usual dishes my wife and I have ordered once or twice a week for the past 3-4 years have risen from $13 to $17. Don’t you think that’s excessive? It's disappointing.
I drove into the city to visit this restaurant, but when I arrived, the door was locked during business hours. There was no indication posted on the door that they were closed, yet the "open" sign was flashing.
I think the place is beautiful. The service was slow, but okay. What I didn't like was the worker on any gloves while handling the ice and getting his fingers all in it was just rough for me. I saw him use his thumb to push the schnapps for another schnapps. I decided to get a cup. I'll see if the workers wear gloves and get an ice cream.
Wanted a quick treat before bed and was excited about using the drive thru so I didn?t have to get my son out of the car. However the drive thru window is on the passenger?s side. I?ve worked at a frozen yogurt shop before and I was super bummed they didn?t have an original tart flavor. I ended up getting a small golden vanilla with strawberries and chocolate chips and the kids? sized hand-scooped cookies and cream for my son. We paid $10! The strawberries were soggy and mushy like they had been in a jar for ages and I could count the number of chocolate chips I got on one hand. I took a couple bites in the car, got home and threw it away. My son?s cookies and cream was ok. It had lots of icey chunks. Should have gone somewhere else and spent the money.
