Brauhaus Obermuhle - Braunfels

Here you always have good weather with rain weather!!! The nice weather has a good kitchen, well maintained drinks and a cozy guest room. With prices stay on the carpet The menu is written in the hessian mouth style and the kitchen offers regional specialities. Thanks to the special service, a Guppen excursion to Braunfels became a real highlite. Pick up and return from Lahnbahnhof station from the boss. He even drove us to the Fortuna Visitor's Mine to Solms (a highly recommended abbey! and then to the old town of Braunfels. From there we hiked after a visit to the upper mill and a cozy coffee break in a beautiful café. In memory of the brewery Gebrüder Wahl, Mr. Schönwetter runs a small show brewery in the house and also organizes brewery courses. Cosy brewery restaurant, very friendly clean and welcoming. Even brewed beer very delicious!! Food typical from the region, but also defensive brewhouse dishes. I recommend the Rumpsteak on hot stone!! It's so good we're celebrating our wedding there. In summer the beer garden is open, which is definitely worth it because you are sitting in the shade of chestnuts. Spaniards, wild boar and other things are also grilled on pre-order. So go there!!!!!!

I stayed for a week in this place for a business trip... It is like a typical brewery with a small number of rooms on the first floor of the building... The rooms are very comfortable, essential in some aspects, but very large (if you want you to use your own kitchen... But the best is the restaurant: good cook, large portions and very nice staff!!! It's something different than the typical hotel you expect for your job trip, but finally it was a pleasant surprise

I have had several meals at this restaurant, and I have never been disappointed. The wild game goulash is excellent, also one of my favorites is the smoked wild boar sausage.. They also serve their own brewed beer, I especially like the dark Slawiner ..

Stayed in the hotel which is in a separate building attached to the Brauhaus.Good food and drink. Plenty of choice rooms Good service Large helpings. Not expensive
