Hippocampe - Brazzaville

The manager of the hippocampe has recently changed and the owner, olivier, committed to recover the friendly service and great food for which they are known, while the prices are also lowered. her Asian cuisine is amazing as it should be with the Vietnamese inheritance of the owners. the nembum is really delicious. the restaurant was also recently rebuilt and the covered outside seats (with ceiling fans, but we put in the regular bug spray on our ankles before! is spacious and airy and beautiful, with bambus “walls” and white lights. the hotel also has a hotel that is recommended. the environments are clean and well maintained with clean, flowing fountain water. the hippocampe is also a very popular place for adventurers, and it is common to see outfitted land cruisers or land rovers or even cross-country motorcycles parked, like the intrepid traveling a break or waiting for visa to travel to their cross-continental! so it is likely that they hear some amazing strata and have good entertainment when they are the curious or social art! we live in the hut of the Congo, and the hippocampe is a favorite place to eat when we visit the capital, for 20 years! I recommend this restaurant!

I loved this place. my reviews for kongo consider the atmosphere in which these restaurants compete. I would not give it 5 stars if this was in paris or something, but for this area, I think it is a solid choice and the cats help to keep eating fresher than other places I suspect. the food and the pho are legit.

Excellent buffet with very good food (chicken paprika ... and a great atmosphere with musicians and a very good service! Friday and Saturday night. A great surprise! (Original Excellent buffet avec de la très bonne nourriture (le poulet au paprika... et une superbe ambiance avec des musiciens et un très bon service ! Le vendredi et samedi soir. Une excellente surprise !

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen , Hat super geschmeckt , Das Essen war gut zubereitet und nett angerichtet , Hotel zimmer sehr Sauber .
