Radcliffe Cafe - Bristol

The first thing that impressed me was the steaming pot of hot tea. It's one of the hardest things to find at a restaurant! Our waitress was incredibly attentive, and the food was delicious! I will definitely be returning to Radcliffe's!

This restaurant used to be my absolute favorite for years! Unfortunately, it seems to have declined recently. Today, I had the worst service and experience I've ever encountered. I couldn't get a cup of coffee until after half of our table's food had arrived. When I asked again for a cup of coffee after waiting over 20 minutes, the staff gave me a poor attitude. We then waited another 10 minutes for the rest of our table's food. After our plates were removed, we sat for another 15 minutes waiting for our check. I never received a coffee refill, and at that point, I just wanted to leave!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious!

Disappointed that the cook did not care enough read my order ticket, everything on the plate was not as requested. My waitress was good, but she shouldn't have to be fixing unlevel tables as the customer holds their spillled coffee in the air. Establishment could use a deep cleaning. Won't be back.
