This location may have the worst customer service of all locations I go to. Today I ordered several sandwiches, and they couldn't even be harassed to put them in a bag for me and watched how I ran them. They gave me the sandwiches in the register, and when I asked for a bag, they said that the bags were at the other end of the counter and I was welcome to get them.

One of the best tasting turkey bottoms you can buy here. Love her bread. However, you should add more variety in the toppings. Nothing really changed menu wisely, but I think that's what people like about JJs.

Management must really be missing in the last few months because the latest reviews all say the same over the delivery time, too long to be freaky fast. Go back a few months and not a bad review. Hmm. My experience today, ordered at 11:55 (if I receive my confirmation) I knew it would take longer than normal to be the lunch break I was completely okay with. 40 minutes by and still no lunch, so I call, person who says that they just leave the shop with him, got my under 10 minutes later..50 minutes for a sub when the restaurant is 5 minutes away. I could have ordered a pizza and got it earlier. Management needs to be strengthened or you should reconsider your job as a manager. Will order NIE from this place again.

I'm staying at Country Inn and Suites. I wanted a sub, but I wasn't sure they were going to deliver to a hotel room. I've placed an online order, and I'm not apologizing you, they're knocking at my door in 8 minutes. The driver was a champ, and the sandwich is phenomenal.

I have always had a great experience with this Jimmy John's. Staff is hilarious while they working on your order. They are lightning fast and i have never had a bad order here. Bread always fresh, meats and cheeses tasty, fresh veggies. Good place to stop by!
