Bongo - Cadiz

Carlos an excellent waiter. We are from Northern California with an apt in Cadiz. We’ve eaten here many times at all seasons. Don’t understand the negative reviews. We have experienced many wait staff through the years and all have been excellent. Friendly and caring and a smile on their faces. This visit we told Carlos we planned to eat slowly and enjoy the people walking by. He did not disappoint. We even ordered more throughout the evening. This is a tourist trap, catering to the cruise trade. The prices are not Cádiz prices and the atmosphere is get them in and out. Location is in front of the Cathedral so they think they got it made, I would never go back there. There are so many better restaurants for half the price and you also feel that your part of the family. Avoid like the plague.

Came today with partner, ordered drinks, given time to read menu. I had prawn burritos which were amazing. Partner had burger which again was amazing. Both dishes reasonably priced but good quality. Lovely spot to catch the afternoon sun in. Staff were on it. Thanks.

Increíble, puedo jurar que no he comido tan bien por mucho tiempo, y encima de él tan agusto, en un lugar hermoso, y los camareros maravillosos, super amistosos, amables y atentos. Es sólo que no puede ser el lugar, ha sido lo mejor para venir al caulk, (en el sentido de comer lugares) Me sentí genial y hemos comido maravillosamente en familia. por el camino los postres y el pan son caseros y queso pastel para ser un placer absoluto.

Estábamos cenando en este restaurante el 19 de julio, pedimos huelva coquinas que eran de diez, salmonetes hierro y frito, corvina riquísimo todo era muy bueno y la calidad era inmejorable; en un entorno fabuloso en la plaza de la catedral de Cádiz, de los mejores restaurantes de la zona. el personal muy atento y profesional. el ambiente del lugar inmejorable: decoración, temperatura, nivel de ruido. recomendados en 100
