I decided to order from the app since I was craving Subway and assumed that everything would be fine since we were in phase 4. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed that none of the employees were wearing masks, and the woman who helped us was quite rude. After driving home, I discovered that the sandwiches we had ordered were completely incorrect, so I drove back to the store to request a refund. Unfortunately, the employees were even more disrespectful this time around. I won’t be returning to this location again; it’s a disappointing way to operate a business.
They have everything you need! A convenience store, a Frozen Cow ice cream shop, Dalton's Donuts, and a Subway sandwich shop—all in one place.
I usually go to this place for my subs and always order the same thing. I've never had an issue until this past Tuesday. I ordered a 12-inch tuna sub, and the employee only put on two scoops. When I asked for more, he told me he would have to charge me extra. The tuna hardly even covered the sub! I normally get four scoops with my 12-inch. Frustrated, I decided I didn't want the sub anymore, and he responded by saying, "So you're going to make me throw it away?" I just wanted to leave, so I asked him to take off the tuna and let me select something else. I don't know if the business is trying to cut costs, but I won't be returning.
The staff are pleasant, but the prices have increased significantly. Donuts, bagels, and coffee used to cost 99 cents, and now they are $1.39. That's quite a hike in price. Cumbies is now the better option.
