Nick's Steakhouse & Pizza - Calgary

Here for lunch with a business partner. I would probably have given an excellent rating, except that our server forgets my beverage order. no big thing. my gast ordered a club house sandwich with caesar salad, which he completely disappeared. I was for the reuben sandwich. it was so big that I could only eat half of it!

Went here for a birthday meal with family. We were not disappointed. Food was first class, the waiters were a credit to the management. Got surprised with a sweet served with a sparkler, far too small for all the candles that would have been needed....Happy Birthday was even in tune!!!

It 's been nearly 15 years since I moved from Calgary so I decided to visit an old favourite and was not disappointed. Granted the decor has not changed one bit and I laughed at the hand written price changes on the menu, but still found...what I always came for....great pizza! I chose the four cheese and had mushrooms and onions added and it was fabulous! Love the baked crust!! We also split some wonderful potato skins and some custom pasta. No request was refused and our server was confident and kind. Thanks for the memories!

We shouldn't denounce real ratings. Are they excellent? No. The pizza is very good, the food is meh okay. Solid. I mean, take yer family here and it's all old-school goodness of solid food. Nothing outstanding. Sliced cheese over a chicken breast melted a tiny...bit but the chicken is good. I wouldn't bother with the desserts tho again. Nooooo.

The check is easy. we go back check this place as it is better than a big chain restaurant! pizzas where amazing we had a party of 6 and they all would go back!
