The staff appears to be overworked, and there's a constant sense of stress in the atmosphere.

I took my mom out for a delightful tea date. We had a wonderful conversation, and the service was quick and friendly. The place was also very clean.

I ordered three wraps and a dulce fritter. After driving for 30 minutes, I discovered that the fritter was missing from the bag. My child was disappointed.

I absolutely love the tea! They don't always get my order correct, but I still go there twice a day, if not more.

Usually efficient, courteous, and quick, today’s visit was quite the opposite—slow, with some mistakes in the order. However, the staff was friendly and eventually corrected everything!
