Mongolian grill, sushi bar (with really good sushi, mush, all the traditional Chinese buffet options and my personal favourite, walnut war. I write this review as I eat so I can decorate more great eating. I hope I can make another round.
Update: I just went for Sunday all day dinner buffet. it is $13.99 more than lunch, but they get all kinds of really beautiful seafood. Yes, they come during the busy times or at the opening to get the freshest food! scallops, crumbs and garnel! I had only the biggest pubs I've ever seen or had ants every restaurant! these are the salty spicy species, which is attached to the head. simply pull the head off and eat the rest! see the pictures! the KING-BUFFET is opened again. it's the first buffet that I can say it in northern nevada. all other buffets in reno, and all still closed. they have implemented security rules for the buffet. first, they have a mask on to go to the buffet food tables, as well as offer gloves and hand sanitizers. if they want them to spend their food for them, and they only point out what they want. everyone seemed to go with the rules. eating is really good for a $9.95 lunch buffet. there are muted salmon and white fish as well as all the noodles and fried rice they want. stickers are there together with 2 types suppe. there are even sushi rolls that are actually quite good. You might want to go early to get the freshest rolling. if they want to stir mongolian bbq, they also have it! do not show them only 30 minutes to close and expect that eating is all fresh, they will not eat at closing, just to waste! all employees are masked and gloved and the service was the fine cleaning of the teller every time we visited the buffet. I'm glad this place is open again. I'll go back soon!
Takeout is great here. take the container and get them what they want, pay them after weight. better than the usual buffet style, the food supplement is good, variety of dishes.
Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 it does taste like a Chinese buffet and has the typical dishes so it hits the spot for any cravings. The flavorings on some were very mild and we can't tell the chicken dishes apart in terms of taste (color and texture is different though). The chef was working hard behind sushi bar but it's mostly just different fish on California or tempera rolls. The Mongolian grill has some vegetables that were inconsistent in cut and meat that is completely defrosted and just sitting in their juice (eek) Ambience: 3/5 slightly older store so some things can do with a touch up. The plates are chipped and there are rips in the chair cushions Service: 5/5 slight language barrier but they were nice and hard working Value for price: 5/5 $12 for ayce weekday lunch so it's a good deal
Giving three stars because the food was good. However, my whole family got sick the next day. So they either need to do a better job at cleaning and disinfecting dining room, handles etc. or check food stations for cleanliness. We won’t go back after getting sick.
