Contribuer aux commentairesAwful. Just awful. This ?pizza? flat bread pizza was very salty ? had sour sauce ? and the cheese wasent even melted! The salad was nothing special BARELY ANY DRESSING THOUGH! Also there bread chips is a peace of bread and there croutons were so stale andnot even croutons, just cut up bread. The coffee was okay but not really the best the chicken in the side salad had no spice andwas dry and chewy. For 34.75 dollars. Not worth it at all.
They have very good sandwiches for a chain restaurant. Have a good selection of bakery items as well. This particular Panera has all the parking in the front of the store reserved for drive through so you have to park in back and there are very fewspots, so generally I park across the street in the main parking lot for the arboretum.
I stopped by for a quick afternoon coffee, but it was barely lukewarm. When I returned it, the staff member said it would take 'a while' to get a new one, so I was advised to just microwave my coffee. I'll definitely just spend a little extra next time and head to Starbucks instead.
Every time I go through the drive-thru, there's either something missing from my order or it's made incorrectly. I went through today and asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich, but when I opened the bag, there were tomatoes on it. While that’s not the biggest issue, they also forgot to add the sauce. The last time I visited, I had to wait after placing my order, and when the employee handed me the bag, she took off so quickly that I couldn't tell her they left out my soda. I ended up having to go inside to get it, which totally defeats the purpose of using the drive-thru. It seems like there's always some sort of problem, and I feel like I’ve run out of chances to give.
