Poor customer service at this restaurant. They got my first order wrong over the phone, and when I tried to explain the mistake, the person on the other end was unhelpful and refused to replace our meal. They instead insisted on charging us for an additional meal. The employee was rude and aggressive throughout the call, and even called back while the issue was still unresolved. When we went to the restaurant to get a refund, the manager was confrontational and refused to admit any mistakes, even though they had not gotten our order right. She also failed to properly explain their menu system. She insisted we keep the wrong food and threatened to involve the police. I would advise others to avoid dining at this restaurant if they do not want to be treated poorly as customers.

Before the pandemic this place was our go to place for Chinese food; we ordered from here 2-3 times a month. We recently ordered from here during the pandemic and the quality has stayed the same, however the portion size has gone down drastically. We used to have leftovers for atleast another meals. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case now. I understand that the pandemic has hit small businesses a lot but it’s unfortunate that I don’t think I’ll order here again.
