Dunkin' Donuts - Chicago

Im not sure who keeps adding so much cream. how are you guys so inconsistent?

No respect, They pay no attention to you, they ask me to repet my order over 5 times an after they still got it wrong.they messed up my order an wanted to make me get back in line , rude an unprofessional

I've been here many times, my order is always right, coffee is always fresh. Food like egg bagels are made well, but the eggs are processed, they're as good as possible. Employees are always pleasant.

They're okay, I only visit on Sundays but the last couple times my order was incorrect or something was missing.

A good Dunkin location, they deal well with the high volume customer load, pretty clean for the volume, and friendly service serving typical Dunkin quality products. The drive through can get long.
