El Pollo Real - Chicago

I called to order delivery from this restaurant and everything was going smoothly until the woman told me the total cost. I asked her to repeat the total to confirm, as there seemed to be some confusion. The price quoted over the phone was different from the price given by the delivery person, which was also different from the total written on the receipt. This was the second time I have had issues with their payment process. As for the food, I would rate it a 2 out of 5.

Everything is Soooooooo good here you can't go wrong ...definitely try the chicken and grab a 16oz of there dark brown salsa and enjoy to your heart is content...on Tues Thurs you get a half chicken free.

Best spot for some chicken ? ? you can't go wrong with their special on Tuesday Thursday.Food: 5/5

Wonderful, amazing flavor. This juicy, well-seasoned chicken, which I chose in the red color, and the fact that the chips aren't greasy, along with the roasted peppers and both salsas, are what made me think I had fallen in love. Since this is Chicago's best roast chicken, I'll return. Congratulations!

Food portions could be better when u go to a place like this u expect a big ol tray but u don't get that. Chicken portions are good but sides need to be updatedFood: 4/5
