Great Sandwich Shop I am addicted!. I visited the great city of Chicago for a work event in early June. I stayed at the Wyndham Blake and had a very busy first day/night so I opted in to grab a bite to eat at the closest place to the hotel. Boy am I glad it was Potbelly! I ate there three nights in a row and tried three different sandwiches. My favorite (which I was told was the big seller) was the Wreck. Wreck couldn't be more far from an accurate name for this tasty sub. The meat was fresh, the bread soft inside and just toasted enough to provide a great crunch. Not only was the food great, but the staff was also. I ordered from different people every time I went in, and they were all pleasant. <br/ <br/ I may get yelled at for coming here and testing out subs at a sandwich shop instead of pizza pies, but I was just addicted after that first bite. Kudos!

Never tried Potbelly, so being next door to our hotel, decided to try it. We were so hungry, forgot to take pics..., but can tell you the AVO Turkey sandwich was great turkey, avocado, swiss cheese, tomato mayo on a multigrain bun. The turkey is cut from a breast and not deli. The BLTA was very good as well blt with avocado. Very efficient process in preparing the sandwiches. Was about 12 people in line, but it went fast. Healthy option for fast food.
