Five Guys - Columbus

I often go here, maybe 2-3 times a month. Eating is always very tasteful, hands down one of the best burger places in columbus! also the young men who work there are very well trained. the young big dark-skinned man is very nice, he has wonderful customer service. the other young man, (might be asian not sure) he is also very nice and patient. about all a good experience every time I go, although sometimes the pommes are really salty, art tasting like my sweat out after a good work.

No wonder that they have bad reviews, only that I got was a small drink and a small frit and pommes were dumped in salt disgusting food.

The gm is very disrespectful and rude and the other employees are very disrespectful and like to threaten other employees and they treat employees like mist, so plz do not go to the one of hillard re rd columbus ohio

Others are accurate in their description of the food ordering and preparing process at this store. I ordered in person for carryout two hamburgers, one with mayo and one without. Both came back with mayo, however, when I contacted the restaurant, I'm told I have to come BACK to the store to receive a refund. That's inconvenient at best, especially for those who are just visiting Easton, as I was, and don't live nearby. I called Five Guys corporate and they said the same. Pretty ridiculous, especially considering these burgers are almost $10 a pop. Highly unlikely to return or recommend.
