Food was good but they gave me a fork for my soup and gave a tiny thing of Caesar dressing that was barely enough for my salad.
The white woman with very short hair that looks like a young one is probably the rude fellow worker I have ever met. she kicked me out when I was in the car and I feel bad for her because her life seems so sad:
I am a creature of habit and probably had panera 100 times this year. I'll get it every day for lunch. this is the only panera I had a problem with. the dressings for the salat are always just a quarter full, so I need to ask for extra just to get a regular amount. the baked has grown 8/10 times, and something lacks in my order. I started going 15 minutes from my way to the panera on 5 points. there is a non-improving difference in the quality of food and service.
I come here more often than not have to pick up my own online orders and secondly pick up for Doordash customers. not sure if the hired only hate doordashers, but they are always rude to me, regardless of whether I order my own or pick up someone else. I understand that your job, and mine too. but this is not a reason to treat other people like garbage. the top management should explain to them that sometimes also the suppliers pay.
