Wendy's - Concord

Took 15 minutes to get a lunch order waiting in lineStaff here are useless, not sure what happened the last few years.

It is my first time at this location, I was only here because I was meeting someone. Like what I would expect from any tims or Wendy's, this location was

Wendy's burgers are way better than McDonald's or Burger King. It tastes better with seemingly fresher looking real ingredients instead of all shredded up. The frosties are always a nice treat. They also have a great selection of salads like the cobb salad which is a favorite. Price wise I think they're similar to the other fast food chains but I just feel it has better ingredients.

We went today around 7:00 pm. We came to this Wendy’s with my family. Other than sandwiches I ordered drink. I wanted to refill my drink. But I was refused. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. You should be more kind your costumers. I won’t come this store again.

Chili and baked potato were good but the ghost pepper chicken burger and baconator were tiny. Never buying Wendy's burgers again.
