Literally no point in using the app other than Mcd's laying off employees. Doesn't speed up your order. Still had to wait in the drive through overflow line.Food: 4/5
Once again, this place shows why it is the worst to visit McDonald. 10 minutes I waited in the drive thru just to tell me an rude lady that they have my sum on the second window when I get into the window, I notice 3 cars parked and wait for food there. 10 minutes I waited for them to give me a sum and pay for my order, the same rude lady stared at me instead, so I left. You should simply turn off this place and build a place that actually sells food
Half the food was hot, half was cold, half was soggy. McDonalds, what do I expect? Eat the same temperature would be a nice start. I have eaten here during every meal, at any time of day, delivery and take out. I always have to wait for the side because they 'make' something special. Delivery, something is ALWAYS wrong with the order. Tonight I didn't even get my drink, double-quarter peeter had no cheese, and my frits weren't just half full, but soggy and unsalted. The only reason I'm here is that it's on the way to work.
I placed a mobile order and used the drive through for pick up. When I got to the window I was told the payment was down and I had to pay again. I find this odd but pay the lady with the same card I used for my mobile order. She gives me my receipt and I go to the second window. There were two women there and they had serious attitudes. They tried to give me the wrong order. The girl gets incredibly snotty and asks what I had, I tell her and I get my food. I drive down the street and look at my receipt to find that I was charged for someone elses order. So not only did my mobile order get charged as it should, I was forced to pay for someone elses order entirely. Those three incompetent women need to apologize for ripping me off then treating me terribly because of their own mistakes. I will be requesting a refund for the food I was forced to pay for and obviously did not order nor receive. Get you staff together.
