We found the place random and enjoyed the experience. we were welcomed by charming employees who felt very welcome. the menu is not big, but what there is excellent quality, tasty and well balanced, it is now our pouring hole of. elect in zirencester.
Can't understand the negatives here, there are a LOT of poncey caffs and restaurants in Ciren and this thankfully is down to earth and straightforward. Great cappuccinos, nice salads and bacon baps as good as any it's a cafe not a bistro and hopefully...will ward off the smashed avocado brigade for a few years yet. Nice personable staff too, always very helpful friendly to me... :
Off the Beaton track cafe and came across this by accident. So glad we did because it was a little gem. Polite and friendly staff. Very covid aware staff. Cafe is dog friendly. It’s obviously vey popular as it was busy.
My friend and I were enjoying wandering the little lanes of Cirencester looking for a lovely coffee stop. We stumbled across Heather’s Cafe and decided we would try it. Before sitting down, we thought we would ask if they had a toilet, otherwise we might...need to go elsewhere. The woman who was front of house informed us that only if we sit down at a table and once we have ordered, then she will tell us where the toilet was! We were so surprised how mistrusting and rude this lady was that we promptly decided it was probably best to go elsewhere. I strongly recommend NOT giving this business your money and visiting one of the many other glorious little cafes who choose to treat their customers with genuine common decency and respect.
