After a long day of traveling, I stopped here for the evening. It's Thursday at 7 PM, and unfortunately, Dairy Queen is closed. The only food available is some dried-up items in the delivery case. Additionally, they charge $15.00 for parking, which feels excessive. The cashier was also quite unfriendly.
Charging $15 to park is an insult to hardworking truckers. It shows a complete lack of respect from the public, including truck stops! And before anyone tries to justify this by claiming that too many trucks are parked for long periods, there’s a simple solution: a tow truck! Don’t cover up greed with a weak excuse. Good luck trying to sell fuel when there’s a Speedway right across the street. Lol.
They did my oil change incorrectly and put the tires on opposite wheels. They also charge a parking fee at a travel center aka a truck stop. Pass.
Owner has no clue what a truck stop is. Newsflash: IT'S WHERE TRUCKS STOP. If you have a good honest business, you don't have to charge $15 dollars to park there or $100 of fuel. They'll come in for entertainment or food without your blatant extortion. Mostdrivers don't have a choice where to get fuel and I'm sure your little plaza isn't on their company's radar. Been stopping therefor years, but no more. The dishonesty of having a sign on the door and not the parking lot is causing your customers to go downthe street or just down the road for HONEST business. Learn some customer service and give up your life as a crook.
