Bojangles - Doraville

Wrong order given and the young lady was argumentative telling me she can't take the food back. They corrected it but never again will I go to this location. 7/6/2024

Drive thru at lunch- waited for half an hour and saw my food get left on the counter for 10 full minutes without being brought to Me. No honey mustard sauce i specifically requested, no gravy on my mashed potatoes. No ice in my tea. How far the mighty have fallen.

After having some really bad experiences at a neighboring location, I woud like to commend this location for excellent customer service. The persons I interacted with here greeted with a smile and were pleasant and made you feel like a valued customer.

Today was the wrong day to go to bojangles. Their system had to reboot at the wrong time. 3 cars turned to 8 cars in the drive thru. I couldn't leave because barriers sealed you in, and i sat for 20mins. But, while being patient, my food was hot and great!

They reheated my bo rounds. It was disgusting. It wasn't very clean.
