This may be my final visit to Fusion. The first thing I noticed was the size of the bowls, and when I inquired about it, I was informed that the portion sizes are the same regardless. However, after adding just a couple of vegetable options to my bowl, it was overflowing. When I requested crab meat instead of the usual portion, I was told it wouldn't fit and I couldn't have crab that day. My suspicions were confirmed then and there. Moving on, I ordered Mango Sticky Rice and Cucumber Salad, only to be told that they would have to be made, and I would have to wait as they had other customers to assist. It was not a pleasant experience, and I have noticed a decline in quality during my recent visits. Furthermore, they advertise one thing but provide something entirely different when you walk in.
I had an incredible time at this restaurant! My girlfriend has Celiac disease, so it can be difficult to find a place where we can both feel comfortable eating out. However, Jacob at this restaurant really impressed us with his attention to detail, knowledge of necessary precautions, and caring attitude. Thanks to him, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. The food was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.
The food is great, if they get it right. I have ordered four or five times, and every one of those times some component from my order was not included. If I'm paying these prices I expect the food AND service to be good. They could do better.
Food was good just wasn't the freshest. Will have to go again to see if it was just a time of day kind of
