No 1 Pizza - Dudley

Been using no1 Stourbridge for years, but tonight we have experience dreadful service. 2.5 hours to receive any food, even though I was told on 2 occasions it was out for delivery, after my 3rd conversation I was informed food had been deliveried to no 16 instead of 6, which is funny as we don’t have a number 16 in our street. The food finally arrives for the fries and sauce to be missing. So I get back on the phone for the fourth time to be told it’s ok we will get them out it you, sorry mate but I ain’t waiting an additional 30mins when we have already waiting 2.5hours so I requested a refund to have a response of ‘what you want a refund of like £2?’ Umm yes I have paid for something I haven’t received I am well within my rights to request a refund, it’s ok I will send you the chips. I think I have just told you twice I don’t want the chips I want a refund! Ok I will get you a refund for £2. (Laughing), great how will you process that then been as I paid on card and you haven’t got my details! I will get the delivery driver to drop it at your house! Funnily enough we are still waiting for said refund! I appreciate orders can go wrong but to be given the customer service we have received this evening is just out of order, the staff have been rude and genuinely didn’t care! Not a chance will we be a returning customer!

Ordered a pizza on Uber eats. Took over an hour so called them, we were told the food had been sat there for half an hour ready and they had no one to deliver it (as if we would want to accept food that’s been sat there for half an hour) then they said they could send a driver but we had to pay them when they got here after paying for delivery on Uber eats disgraceful. Will be expecting a refund and never ordering again.

Really fresh and delivery was quick. I’m very fussy with pizza and this is the best pizza I have ever tasted. Second time we have ordered. Would def recommend
