So, we went for it. Parking was simple. On a Saturday around 7 it wasn?t busy but the order traffic was consistent. A lot of carry out orders. The venue is a nice size with social distancing and a nice outdoor patio space. We each ordered one slice. They are New York size and it was very delicious and fulfilling. Thecrust wasn?t thick or thin, just right in the middle. The toppings were all perfect for the vegetarian slice. It was worth the $4.00. About $15 for 3 slices and 2 bottle waters. Not bad for a quick dinner. Customer service was friendly andshe provided suggestions when asked. I would return if I was back in the area. It seems like they have other locations too. I hope you find this review helpful. If so, please give me a thumbs up. Thank you in advance.
I love The pizza and definitely the Greek salad. I?d like to go grab a slice and sometimes we will sit in the back outside and just enjoy the neighborhood. This is a really good pizza place I would say one of the best and Eastpointe that I?ve had.
This place is really good I had a slice of pizza I love that you can buy slices). I put Italian sausage and green pepper with spinach. The sausage was too spicy for me?. But I didn?t see on the menu where it said Spicy sausage. that was my fault). I also had a Caesar Salad. Which was really good, ten out of ten would recommend if your in the Eastpointe,GA area.
Large Tuscan pizza was bad. It supposedly had roasted garlic and olive oil base, but it seems to be a think layer of mostly mashed roasted garlic. I had to peel back the cheese and scrape it off to make it tolerable. (And yes, I do like garlic). It was also supposed to have fresh basil, but did not. I also ordered red onions on it, which we're present, but under a think layer of cheese, which resulted in them being sort of boiled. I would have preferred them on top. Alsogot a pepperoni pizza. It was good. I've had takeout here a few times now. My overall opinion is that the crust is good, there's always a ton of cheese, and they usually put toppings on the top. So they do basic right. But if you ordersomething fancy, they're going to screw it up.
Oz never disappoints!! I love going there to just chill and enjoy the calm environment. And yes, pineapple belongs on pizza ????.
