I order the same coffee, medium-high caramel coffee with splenda and cream. I had to throw it away the last three times. They are literally a stone's throw from my house, but I won't go back. I'm going to Well's Rd. You seem to have younger children who don't seem to care.
I was literally asked if I wanted Decaf coffee and I said no and still Decaf. tried to get a refund because I did? m don't pay $3 for a coffee that won't wake me up. Of course the call didn't go through. I just want a refund for me coffee and I don't know how to get coffee from here next time.
It's a little thing, but annoying. I didn't recognize the drink the first person took to the window, and I was right. She took it back and another person brought a drink that looked like it was the drink I usually get. When I drove away, I realized it was still not what I ordered. But with my schedule and the time I had waited for her to get it right, I didn't decide to go through the drive again.
Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese crossiant. Got to work and took a bite and tasted disgusting. Opened sandwich and my bacon is burnt!! Why would you serve this to a customer? Unprofessional and inconsiderate.
This Dunkin' location continues to disappoint me with each visit. I ordered a small caramel iced latte with almond milk—the only drink my body can handle. When I arrived at the window, the employee handed me a different drink. I asked if it was a small iced caramel latte, and she just stared at me as if I had no idea what I was talking about, then confirmed it was correct. However, what I actually received was a small iced original salted caramel signature latte. How can they confuse those two drinks? Clearly, they're not listening when orders are placed at the speaker. I've attached photos to show the difference between what I ordered and what I got. I've never had this issue at any other Dunkin' location. It's frustrating to think that fast-food workers expect to earn $15 an hour or more while making mistakes like this, and when confronted, they seem unsure how to resolve the issue. Customer service these days is lacking. Managers really need to prioritize training their staff in proper customer service.
