Taco Bell - Fuquay-Varina

I ordered four tacos and four five-layer burritos, but I swapped the crunchy tacos for four steak taco supremes. I also had the loaded nachos topped with guacamole, refried beans, and a few other extras.

Just went to the drive thru and the lady lied to us and said they can only do 1 order. Um what? How only 1 order, what are you going to do when the next car pulls up? Close the store? Since you can't make any other orders? Doesn't make sense. We left thattrap of a drive through and got Zaxby's because they're not absolutely ridiculous.

First of all, I really dislike that you can no longer place orders at the counter inside. Secondly, their prices have increased significantly over the past year. Thirdly, they give you your drinks at the drive-thru, but you have to wait for your straws until you receive your food. Seriously... I know you see that I'm thirsty through your little window, Tammy, and don’t shortchange me on my sauces either—stop giving me mild when I asked for fire sauce. All in all, the service and food quality have declined.

They stopped taking orders last night 30 mins before closing time because they ran out of food . Not we ran out of soft shells not we ran out of chicken they said they have no food on the building. I asked to speak with the manager at thewindow and a young man can to the window and just repeating we are short staffed and have no food. I asked for his name and herefused to give it. 0/10 will be reporting to corporate.

For some reason, they have been consistently out of the Mexican Pizza for several weeks. When we placed our order, they asked us what kind of sauce we wanted but forgot to include it in the bag. To make matters worse, there were no napkins either. When we went inside to speak with the manager, it was clear she didn’t care. She lacked basic managerial skills and didn’t acknowledge the inconvenience we faced. A simple apology for having to come back inside after ordering through the drive-thru would have sufficed, but instead, her response was dismissive. It was incredibly frustrating!
