La Figata - Granby

Pretty good place has a few pizzas and some appetizers for a bigger party. pizza was buffalo chicken, sausage and kale, and pfefferoni and everything was very good. not the best I had in connecticut, but really solid. apps were their meatballs, garlic bread and salads. portioning might have been a bit bigger, but for the luck we had lots of pizza. total good experience!

My friend and I went to dinner tonight. I just wanted to drink, but I could only understand about a waitress. I've been calling linguini. big mistake. clams were full of sand and mud. I can understand that they're coming from the sea, but I wanted to at least clean seafood. my pasta had dirt and sand inside and it was repulsive. I was turned off right away. the waitress easily replaced it with another meal, but my friend was made with his meal until I got it. While waiting for the food there, I could see how restaurant workers show and make fun that I am a little upset about sand in my eating. it made me very uncomfortable. I will not return. the waitress was amazing, but the food quality was below sub par. I had higher expectations?

The personal was great! I thought eating would be better on the basis of reviews, it was disappointing. the carbonara pasta was bland. artichoke app was good, but not enough for the price. a happy hour special was a good thing.

Excellent service! a little expensive, but every penny worth. recommend the braided short ribs!
