Ribs Co - Hailsham

Wow, this restaurant is amazing. Rachel was our server and she was fantastic. She explained everything and answered all our questions about food intolerances. The owner and chef, Colin, even offered to adjust recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions. We ordered the nachos with chili, which were delicious and huge. The chicken wings were also divine. For our main course, we had the crab and cod burger as well as the half rippchen, both were beautiful. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to fix any mistakes. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The atmosphere and music were great. The only downside is that the restaurant is not located on the Wirral, but lucky for Hailsham! Good luck to all of you, I will definitely be back.

Great place to eat, the staff is great, the manager can not do enough for them and the eating is simply amazing. very recommend they will not be disappointed.

Ripen the best I have eaten in Britain. beautiful atmosphere and charming helpful staff. I recommend very much and their guacamole and nacho home page to none!

Amazing eating great atmosphere and beautiful staff all they need for a perfect visit. jaturday was for a meal and had my little one. they accused themselves of pram and she was so kind to warm up her bottle for her. very friendly chatty staff but still working hard. recommend all the nachos the ripen the cocktails the milkshakes the list goes on it was delicious!

We went to Ribs Co yesterday after we saw a few good reviews, and had heard good things about it, and we certainly weren 't disappointed. The staff were great fun, full of good humour, very welcoming and natural. They weren 't 'In your face ' either. My step sons can be a little fussy about their food and the manager basically catered for their every request, nothing was any trouble. When the food did arrive it was really well presented and looked delicious. And it was. I had the 'Build your own ' burger and it was fantastic. It tasted amazing and accompanied by their homemade barb b que sauce really gave it a zing. The boys all cleared their plates which is a rarity and wanted to visit again today. The food was a great standard and didn 't break the bank. So,overall, our experience there was excellent. And we will definitely be going back, and I would recommend this place to anyone.
