I ordered my takeaway food online to be collected at 8:30pm. I arrived on time and then waiter went to see if it was ready. He then came back and said it would be a few minutes. I then waited and waited. No one came to apologise and explain there was a delay. 25 mins later the food arrived. Although the food was nice the service needs to improve. Food: 3
