Contribuer aux commentairesIt was silvester and the restaurant was full as expected. the service was friendly and well passed between drinks, appetizer and entree. we had Caesar salad, calamari for the starter and then the Italian polpette and the seafood linguine for the net. the roasted garlic cream sauce in the linguin was so tasteful and had a little heat on it. the net arrived hot on the table gun. everything was excellent overall. I recommend this restaurant and we will surely return soon. it is far too many years since our last visit, and that was before two sites and when it was run by an earlier owner. the new location is excellent with lots of parking and full of large brighter windows with views of the harbour.
After we had heard many recommendations, we tried this restaurant, it does not live until the hype. calamari and beef stationerloin were very disappointing. dreadfully small part of the bark meat, and the kartoffels of the maic tasty overwhelming as raw garlic and salt. They can better be in any other restaurant in halifax. the left feeling is demolished and hungry. positiw: delicious old fashion brot service
This was our first time experiencing the new location. While it is bright because of the large windows it is noticeably smaller and louder. The entry way seems I’ll conceived since our party of 4 could not get fully in the door before the reservation desk. With people coming and going it was awkward. The food and service were great. The menu is a little narrower than the old location. We missed a couple of our usual items. However what we had was outstanding and will bring us back again.
Love the new location! Food was delicious and service was fantastic.
Our waitress made the evening very special . The food was spectacular
