I have been enjoying Domino's Pizza for 3 years now and it has been excellent.

I ordered a Domino's pizza tonight and it took a long time to arrive, even though the app said it was on its way. Keep in mind, I live only 5 minutes away (1.1km). When it finally arrived, the pizzas were barely warm and one of them was stuck to the box, so it didn't come out in slices, just mush. The quality was not great considering the high cost. I won't be ordering from here again. It's a shame because the pizza tasted good, even though it was cold. Very disappointing experience.

I paid for my meal and was told there were over 1,000 orders ahead of mine, so I couldn't take my food home or get a refund. It felt like I had been robbed. If a restaurant can't fulfill orders, they shouldn't accept them in the first place. It's not that hard.
