Jamba - Hanford

I always leave happy whenever I visit this Jamba Juice. The staff is super friendly and the Caribbean Passion smoothie is my favorite. It's the perfect consistency and always tastes great. I wish there was a Jamba Juice in Lemoore so I could go every day!

I decided to stop by and order some smoothies. You get a short wait time in exchange for terrible customer service. I went to the restroom while my drinks were being made and saw this cockroach by the toilet on the ground. I let multiple employees know about the situation and I simply just asked for a refund. They responded with “We cannot refund you for the drinks because the problem here has nothing to do with the smoothies”. Who knows, they could be right? Except the problem here is the questionable cleanliness of the business. $16 down the drain. The least they could have down was offer me a refund.

RUDE! I don 't know what gentleman with colored hair was working on 1/7/2022 11:55am but he is beyond rude. I never come here and I just had a question about changing out a fruit for another fruit and the response was all attitude . When I didn 't hear him ask what size because I was in the middle of asking a question ...still he goes I said what size . So I just canceled it and walked out . The Jamba near the plaza was so friendly and helpful with all my questions because I was ordering 8 different smoothies for my family. DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY SERVICE

Extremely Rude Staff! I wished I got the cashiers name. Whoever works around 1:30/1:40pm on Sunday 's. Caucasian Male is very rude! The smoothie I normally would get, was available but they didn 't have raspberries. I politely asked what else could we replace with raspberries, and was told I don 't know, it won 't taste the same either way . I told cashier, I 'm sure it wouldn 't taste the same. But what can we use, so it 's similar. Cashier told me it 's not going to taste the same,(insert attitude) do you want the drink or not! I told him No I 'll go somewhere else, since they don 't have all ingredients. I asked cashier hey by any chance do you know which way is another Jamba Juice. Cashier said Yes off of central . I told him I wasn 't from out here, which way is central, and he told me IDK MAYBE TRY GOOGLE, YOU KNOW with an attitude. He also gave me wrong number, when I asked for managers number!!! Also how in the world, do you own smoothie place, but always out of your ingredients! Do better with inventory! Staff should be telling manager way before it gets down to zero fruits! I will never go to this location again! And will tell other people not to go!

Miss the old cups! The new ones are paper and hold a smoothie for less time. Luckily, I drink them fast and never get a large one. The smoothies themselves have gotten much better. I don’t have to specifically ask for it to be thick anymore. This specific review is for the new breakfast sandwiches. For $5 they are not worth it!! The biscuit itself was half the size of my child’s hand. It was so tiny! Do not buy the new sandwiches at all.
