Always come all the way off the interstate to have Taco Shop. It's right on the outskirts of the Fort Hays State University campus. Love their ingredients, namely the flour tortillas and cheddar cheese. And love the fresh salsa bar options. Try their queso with meat with an order of flour tortillas. And one of the fewer places that have Sanchos on the menu IMO. And the place is super clean and well run. Just a little spartan w some hard chairs. Grab a booth if available. Fyi as of this writing, they serve Pepsi products

I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and was impressed by the affordable prices, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I highly recommend trying the 6 Pack of Tacos, the Salsa Bar, the Giant Taco, the Taco Salad, and the Beef Nacho Supreme. The variety of dishes available and the delicious flavors make this restaurant a must-visit for any taco lover.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! They were very accommodating with my food preferences. I tried the taco salad and it was delicious. They also have a condiments bar which is a nice bonus. The service was excellent, and I would recommend this place for a lunch outing. The price per person is between $10-20. Overall, I would give this restaurant a rating of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the taco salad!
