The restaurant offers excellent service and provides a great dining experience. The menu is very inclusive, catering to a wide variety of tastes.

This visit to Anthony’s Prime Steak Seafood was a send off dinner for a visiting relative, and it was rave in every way! Our servers were so warm and welcoming, like old friends, which set a magical tone to our evening. The food was absolutely sublime we shared a 28 oz. Australian lobster, plus crab and two shrimp entrees. The shrimp sauce was so delectable, with just the right amount of horseradish zesty snap! Then we shared a chocolate dessert, which was the perfect finish to our meal. We’re confident that our guest left with the best memories of this fabulous meal! He’ll be bragging about it for quite some time! It could not have been surpassed, and we most grateful to Anthony’s amazing chefs and servers for delivering an incredible dining experience!

As someone who regularly visits the M Resort, I can say that the experience and service can vary. When paying for a fine dining experience, having cold steaks is unacceptable. Other tables in the same section also had issues with their food. It was disappointing that a manager did not check on guests. The food was not recooked properly and ended up overcooked. It seems like there may be some issues at this restaurant.

Went for the Sunday brunch and was surprised at how nice the service was. There was a small variety of food items, but they were of superior quality compared to other higher-end buffets. It was definitely a splurge with a price point of $99/person. The lobster tails and beef wellington stood out the most and the prime rib was pretty solid. The lamb needed a little salt or a chutney or something, but it was at least cooked well. The crab claws were probably the worst as they were frozen and not fully thawed so they would literally crumble when you crack into it and be dripping with water. The service, again, was probably the best you will find for a buffet. I would return on a special occasion if I did not have to wait almost a year for a reservation.
