The Stag & Huntsman - Henley on Thames

This restaurant lacks awareness of allergens. When I ordered my food, the server didn't understand and had to ask someone else for help. While I appreciate them double-checking, I was disappointed to receive the Gluten Free Ploughman's with a non-GF pork pie. The pork pie was eventually taken away, but crumbs were left on the tray. The food itself was mediocre at best. I don't plan on returning to this restaurant. Although there were some gluten-free options on the menu, I had previously emailed to confirm if they offered light bites and sandwiches for those with dietary restrictions.

Great Sunday lunch, made a real change to lunch and have a good friendly service, a beautiful environment atmosphere cooked in beautiful surroundings and fantastic loccaly sourced food and wonderfully presented. Very happy Sunday lunch
