Applebee's - Hicksville

Literally got chicken scraps in my chicken finger platter. For the price I paid it wasn't worth it.

Ordered fiesta lime chicken. Cheese was burnt and stuck (lump like) in the bottom of the to go container. Little to no sauce (added some to attempt to make it edible), rice was over cooked as well. I contacted door dash and they made the situation right. My daughters order came correct as well as in good quality. Overall will not order this item again.

A quick dinner with the family. Beautiful ambience, good food, fast service, our server Julia was super warm and welcoming. Thank you.

Applebees is applebees, right? It 's basic fun dining with basic food. Not remarkable, but not terrible, but that doesn 't mean that it 's not possible to stand out. We were given prompt and polite service buy a server who is always available and present when we needed, but did not hover. Our food was delivered quickly at the correct temperature with the correct modifications. I was greeted and sent off warmly by the host staff. All and all it was a perfect Applebees experience. Thanks guys
