Typical Japanese dinner. We order the menu with the most important Japanese dishes. English menu availabe. Staff very friendly!!

My husband and I came here after seeing the raving reviews during a short one day stay in Hiroshima and were not disappointed at all. This restaurant is incredible. From the ambiance to the service and the incredible food, everything was exceptional. The restaurant has a very minimalistic vibe and was playing very relaxing jazz style music when we arrived. Before we were seated, the chef informed us that the menu and price is preset, which we appreciated being informed of before being seated. The dinner menu was a preset 8 course meal and was absolutely mind-blowing. I have never tasted such a wide and eclectic variety of flavors in one dinner. I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story, but the entire experience was incredible and I will forever associate it with an incredible time in Hiroshima.

Best dining experience in Japan! The food is exquiste, original and delicious. It is a beautiful experience to see how passionately and meticulously the chef prepares each dish for you. His wife provides the most attentive service I saw in Japan; and never loses her beautiful smile. While their English is somewhat limited, they are very welcoming and do their best to clearly explain each dish. The chef is also careful to ask if there is something you dislike. We mentioned it was my mother's 65th birthday and they made sure we had the most amazing birthday experience. The clientele is also very friendly, polite and welcoming. We visited 8 cities in Japan and this was by far the best in terms of food, service, and quality/Price.

Extraordinary!! We loved this restaurant, they served a delicious menu, nice red wine and the staff were super nice and friendly! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience! Small, 8-seat place with two tables in the back. Best meal we have had over our three-week trip. The decor is simple but very pleasing. The fixed priced set meal (they ask if there is anything you don’t like) was amazing, with things we have never had before and perfect seasonings. They were so attentive with the service we felt spoiled and knew enough English to explain what we were eating. The menu was available in English which was nice. But mostly we sat back and experienced the wonderful food.
