Contribuer aux commentairesWhen I reached the window, I realized I had forgotten some details about my order. The manager, however, was fantastic. She listened attentively to my concerns and addressed them quickly and politely. She was respectful and articulate, almost as if she belonged in a five-star hotel. I hope they fix their receipt machine soon to improve the experience for customers like me. I know that my memory isn’t the best, but after today, I might consider talking to my doctor about potential Alzheimer’s or dementia tests. Given my confusion and the three trips through the drive-thru, I don’t think I’ll return until they reopen for walk-in service.
I had one of the best experiences at Taco Bell ever. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was well prepared. It was a bit disappointing that the dining room was closed, but that didn't overshadow the overall experience.
The staff here were incredibly kind. Although the service took a bit longer than expected due to being understaffed, they were very apologetic and attentive. The quality of the food was exceptional.
